I guess, they derive from Eliora and Liora influenced by Eliana and Liana.Eliara does not really appear in Brazil. I never met anyone with that name, though Eliana and Eliane are quite common there. The census of 2010 states 1744 people named Eliara - of over 200 Million inhabitants (Liara: 1662 persons).I checked some portuguese websites, but I couldn't find any valid informations on either name.

It's also common for n to be misread as r and vice versa. So they could come directly as mistranscriptions of Eliana and Liana, and then became established as an independent name.
