My column on Sylvester
Here is the link to today's column. I was really shocked in looking at the census data to see how much more common Sylvester was in the USA than in the UK during the 19th century.

I'd be happy to see Sylvester make a comeback, but I think Sylvan is more likely.
Your column, and my apology. I read your columns whenever they appear, I find them fascinating and a delightful addition to the contents of my head, but saying as much in a message, week in and week out, becomes repetitive though my reactions never are.
