Well it’s is “Heaven”, just with a leigh at the end. So sure, it’s a made up name but it means heaven, you could say.

Technically, it would mean “heaven clearing” since Leigh means “clearing”
Like a meadow in heaven

But people who use the name I’d imagine want it to mean “heavenly”

Isn't it obvious? Heavenly: of or pertaining to Heaven.
