can a namesake apply to a video game character?
I'm new to this site, so please be patient, thank you:)
So, out of curiosity I decided to search the name Unuratu. I know this name from a video game, Shadow of the Tomb Raider (2018). I don't know if it counts as a namesake though. If it does, that's cool. If not, that's cool too.

Video game characters are fictional characters just as named characters in works of literature or films. There is a criterion that a fictional character should be "notable" that is somewhat soft. The main characters of a notable fictional work are notable, just peripheral characters occurring only in one short scene aren't, but there is a gray range in between those poles. As a rule of thumb: When the character is in the (English) Wikipedia, it is notable.
