Siguror - whilst the first element may stem from sige (victory) it not clear what the meaning of the second element is?

Saetere - meaning of?

Any help of thoughts welcome....

Hi Bagpus,

There is no Old Norse name Siguror. It is an often copied misspelling of Sigurðr.
