ArchivesTip: make theme requests and such on the "Test" message board.
Theme changes and the like are more about the technical side of things than about actual name stuff.
Since the "Test" message board is dedicated to all kinds of technical stuff related to BtN, it is better to post about theme requests there.

It is a quiet board when it comes to the amount of times that people post there, but people (especially the webmaster and the editors) always visit it regularly and therefore requests will be noticed quickly.
The quietness described above also makes the board more suitable for the clutter caused by multiple requests. The "Name Facts" board can't really take on this clutter, since it is geared towards serious, in-depth discussion about names. Clutter will negatively impact that, and we cannot have that. The board must be kept clean and orderly, so that it will remain inviting for serious discussion.
So, let's give the "Test" message board a try! Heaven knows that it could use some liveliness. ;)
