Writing in all caps is interpreted as shouting here and therefore considered to be rude (or at the very least, annoying).
We fully understand that you are enthusiastic and as a result, eager to see the requested changes implemented ASAP.
Of course, we would be glad to be of assistance to you! However, there is no need to employ all caps. We are not blind, and it will not make us implement the requested changes any faster than is customary.
