True, but keep in mind that the database isn't limited to only names found on birth certificates. Many of the listed English diminutives are only used informally.
If you can list the Russian diminutives that ARE used independently as full forms, then I can note that in the entry.
Also, if there are some unmarked rare names I would appreciate hearing about those too.
