Wanted to know what the name Hau Lani means in English?
Boyfriend was stationed in Hawaii a few years back and his ex-wife named his horse Hau Lani.

I know Lani is a Hawaiian word for "sky" or "heaven."
I think coconut pudding is called "hau pia."
Maybe it means "coconut sky"?
or maybe "heavenly pudding" LOL ????
