I interacted today with a woman by the given name "Onilvia" and was struck by my lack of familiarity with the name. A cursory googling suggests that it is a fairly rare name, associated with Hispanic surnames and people of Latinx ancestry, but no possible meanings or definite origins. Does anyone have any thoughts?
