Alternatively, it could be a variation of the male Brazilian name Caíque — pronounced [kah-ee-kee] in Brazilian Portuguese —, which is of indigenous origin that has many creative spellings (Kayky, Kaique, Kaike, Kaic, Kaick, Caique, Kayque...). "Cayke" would be pronounced exactly the same in Brazilian Portuguese. A brief search on Facebook shows several Brazilian men with this name in this particular spelling.
