Re: Names With The Same Meaning as Hannah

Gianna Elizabeth -is Babette a possible short name from a derivative of the middle name?
I wrote this recently.
"Ana" means "refer back" - as in "anachronistic"; or for a more relevant example with names - especially with meaning & heritage:
Anacoenosis - refers back to prior knowledge (ana / si / gnosos) Ana / syn / gnosis -
Probably my favorite example of this is when a teacher or professor while lecturing pauses to allow a student to respond, based on knowledge obtained through homework or pre-requisite study. To me this would elucidate a vital essence in honorary naming that would reflect a personal attribute within another person: reference (back) to what one knows "from" or "of" another person is synonymous with reflective.
