Aesha (or Aisha, Ayesha, etc.) is Arabic, but I believe that Nayisha (Nyesha, Naesha, etc.) is a modern African-American creation based on the sound of Aisha. Myesha and Tyesha are other such creations.

Maybe a fanciful variant of Nashwa?
