Rebecca is the spelling in the KJV of the early 17th C., following the spelling of the Latin Vulgate of the 4th C. and previous English translations. Before this it would have been written in a Greek, Aramaic or Hebrew script not exactly equivalent to Roman alphabet. More modern translations directly from Hebrew render the name Rebekah, as that's more consistent with the original Hebrew/Mesopotamian name which may be transliterated RBQH, or Ribqah with traditional vowel notation. This has been covered before.
