ArchivesName that the site lacks and variations
"Volpini" is my mother surname and it doesn't apear in the site, Volpi means fox("clever as a fox" say) and "ni" is well because of italian last names end like that.
Also my surmane is Ferraris, a variation of the surname Ferrari borned in the region between Milan, Genoa and Turin.

If I recall correctly, the -ini ending would be comparable to the -s ending in Edwards or Roberts (also Davis and Harris). That would make Volpini to mean "Sons/children/descendants of the Fox."
