Just because she has an Irish last name, it doesn't mean that she (or her parents) would know a thing about Ireland or about Gaelic pronunciation rules...
I wouldn't be surprised if an American would pronounced Aislinn phonetically, like Caitlin came to be pronounced Katelyn in the US.
