There is a name quiz going around that has supposed Celtic name results, but I can't find information on the names so I'm wondering if they are legitimate. Here are the two I have seen so far.

They both had the same meaning (bringer of victory), which made me wonder if they were rea name or made up for the quiz.

Wikipedia has a lot of articles on Celtic Mythology, but a full text search in the English version did not give a single hit to either Leiona nor Loiona.
So it is probable that neither a notable figure in Celtic mythology nor some notable person from history bore that name.
