Micaela
I was named after my Filipino grandmother. My family calls me "Mi-KYE-lah" and the middle syllable rhymes with "Eye."
In the U.S. people always say "Mi-KAY-lah" and the middle syllable rhymes with "Bay."
Spanish speaking people say "Mi-kye-ELL-lah." It's 4 syllables, not 3 syllables.
I am wondering...in your region of the world, how do they pronounce "Micaela?"

In Italy it's "mee - kah - EH - lah"
In Swedish, it would be pronounced with four syllables: Mic-a-e-la.
mi-KAY-luh to me as a British Australian.
In Portuguese it's [mee-kuh-EH-la].
In spanish it would be [mee-kah-EH-lah]. Four syllables indeed, though I guess the two middle syllables could sound like [kai] if you say it quickly.
