I saw Lilo and Stitch yesterday on Channel 4 and saw that Lilo was voiced by Daveigh Chase, but Daveigh isn't in the D section. What does it mean?

It's probably a feminization of Davey.

Probably means that someone wanted to invent a new way to spell Davy!

Taking a guess I'd say it#s a feminised version of the name David or of the nickname (of David) Davie / Davy

It would have the same meaning/origin as David

It is most likely an invented feminisation of David using the popular -eigh suffix in modern English names. So it would share the meaning of David, which is 'beloved'.
