Looking at the LinkedIn profiles, specifically the ones belonging to those living in Israel (see https://www.linkedin.com/pub/dir/Katriel/+/il-0-Israel), and Wikipedia, both the English and Hebrew versions, I would say that it is a legit Hebrew name with one bearer of this name on the English Wikipedia being the Israeli diplomat Katriel Katz (כתריאל כ"ץ), who was born in 1908.
