My understanding, RIWIN is commonly using baby boy name in Asia(malaysia,India, ThaILAND,..) America.
Some part of the world altenative form like Rivin or Rivine is using..but it is not that much popular
The name is ending with WIN .so verbally pronounce like Ree WIN..its like a form of Always successful
