Second, I'm looking for any information possible on the Arabic name Elia'.
The apostrophe represents a glottal stop. The name can be spelled Eliat, Elia, or in Arabic possibly اليء ...It may have been the name of a princess at one time.

P.S.: It may or may not be connected to "Elieth", borne by a Costa Rican friend of mine.
