My name is very peculiar, I've been told that ceph - means head in latin and phone - means hear, voice or sound in latin. I am really not sure of how to begin my research, please help.....

As well as Cephonia/Cephonie Google also gives lots of hits for Sephonia and Sephonie which may be same name if it's pronounced with a soft C? Also Sephone which appears to be short for Persephone a Greek mythological figure.
