I've seen the name Shimona as a feminine form of Shimon, but it was said it was "modern Hebrew". Is there a traditional feminine form of Shimon, like in the Bible or one existing for centuries? Thank you!

I don't think there is. Nothing like it in the bible. But I found something else:
SHIMONITH (or SHIMONIT) which seems to be used as a given name. The websites I found it on appeared to be Albanian (!) but check that for yourself. In the bible you will find the word "shimoni" as a patronym meaning "belonging to the tribe of Simon". The feminine form (not found in the bible) would be SHIMONITH just like JUDITH (YEHUDITH) is feminine of YEHUDI.

Simone's been used consistently over the years.
Simonette was Anne Boleyn's governess in Jean Plaidy's Murder Most Royal, a historically accurate novel about Boleyn, but I'm not sure if Simonette actually existed (although admittedly I haven't searched for her online yet).
There's also Simona and Simonetta.
Don't know if those are the kinds of names you're looking for or not, but I'd thought I'd offer them anyway.
