There are native speakers here, but "Ben Yishai" is probably as close as you can get to the meaning that you seek. Anglicized, it might be "Benjesse/BenJesse/Ben-Jesse," but no one is obligated to Anglicize it in a specific way. "Benjissay," perhaps?
To my knowledge, there is no traditional Anglophonic name with that meaning. If there were, it would be something like "Jesson" or similar. Mac-, Mc-, Fitz- and Bar- are all prefixes meaning "son of..." in their prospective languages, too.
"Jessius" might work as a Latinized version.
