1. Is there some kind of Auth Slavic form of Wojciech?
2. Damir seems to be upon use in Estonia (you can see here https://www.siseministeerium.ee/public/Marts_2013.pdf - and I don't think this was the only time it was used that year), but I can't find anything about Damir being an Estonian name. Does anyone know why this name would be used in Estonia?

Wojciech is the Polish form. The initial W is actually V: Poles always use W and never use V while Czechs and Slovaks always use V and never use W for the same sound.
The old Slavic form could be considered the Slovak one, e.g.: Vojtech.
