Vitra is a dialectal name for Wind in slavic languages (one of croatian dialects for example). Word comes in versions "vjetar, vetar, vitar" and Vitra could be considered a female version, which as a word exist in genitive singular masculine (gsm) in declination. In sentence it looks like this:
"Nije bilo vitra"- "There was no wind"
