Galilee means "circuit" or "circle," a Roman age term applied to a large region of land.
Gali has been known as a diminutive for Avigail.
The word Gali does not exist in Hebrew, as far as I know, so its unlikely it means "from the fountain." Also, Leah in Hebrew means "weary" so it is also unlikely that Galeah has that meaning. Ga means touch. Its more possible it means "weary touch."
