You can use the search function in the upper right hand corner of this site to find names which included the words "fourth" or "dark" in their original meanings. You will then have to click on the individual names to find out why that word is found in the discussion of meaning to find the precise names you are looking for.
When you do that you will find out, for example, that Anan means "fourth born child" in the Akan language of West Africa.
The Latin names for fourth child, Quartus and Quarta, don't seem to be listed on this site yet. I also know of some parents who have used Quade as a name for a fourth born child by linking it in their minds with "quad", though as a surname Quade has a different origin.
