Eulogio definitely exists in Spanish. It is the name of a saint, known as Eulogius in English:

The meaning given by Mar and Buneary is correct.
Eulogio is also the Italian form, though it does not seem to be common in Italy. Eulógio is the Portuguese form.
Mamon, I have never come across. Is it masculine or feminine?
