I saw this name on the French top 500. I have no idea where it comes from. It's definitely not a traditional French name, which is all I can say.
I might be wrong, but I think Inaya might be Arabic. There are a lot of North Africans in France, reflected by the large number of Arabic names in the top 500. I would still like to know the history of the name even if I'm wrong.
