I cannot find the etymology of the names Michio and Shin'ichi (but it seems "Shin'Ichi" means "one truth") anyone knows them?

I was writing a response but the previous poster beat me to it.:) That information is correct. Japanese names don't have one etymology or meaning, but the meaning depends on which characters are chosen by the parents.
My only additional comment is that there are some fairly standardized elements used in names. "Ichi" almost always means "one" or "first" and is used for a firstborn son.
Also, the ending -o is usually written 夫, 男 or 雄, all of which have the basic meaning of "man, male."

Like most Japanese names, they don't have an intrinsic meaning. It depends on the (many) combinations of Chinese characters they can be written with.
Michio:
道雄 ("way" + "man")
通夫 ("authority" + "man")
導男 ("guidance" + "male")
三千夫 ("three" + "thousand" + "man")
美智男 ("beauty + "wisdom" + "male")
Shin'ichi
真一 ("true" + "one")
真市 ("true" + "market, city")
信一 ("belief + one")
進一 ("progress" + "one")
新一 ("new" + "one")
慎一 ("humility" + one")
and many more examples.

One of the following characters must be Shin'Ichi; 鈴木 鎮 but I do not know which... As for Michio I haven't found the information in my sources but I guess this article must have it; http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%82%B9%E3%82%BA%E3%82%AD_(%E4%BC%81%E6%A5%AD) in the case the characters I said corresponded to Shin'Ichi do not correspond to Shin'Ichi then the correct characters are somewhere here: http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%88%B4%E6%9C%A8%E9%8E%AE%E4%B8%80 google chrome's translation device seems to translate Shin'ichi as borough, city or municipality so I am not really sure how it should me translated...

According to the Wikipedia page, the name is 鈴木 Suzuki, a family name, and 鎮一 Shin'ichi. 鎮 literally means "temple supervisor," but it has the connotation of governing or being in authority. 一 means "one" or "first." Suzuki Shin'ichi was the founder of the Suzuki music method.
As already stated this is just one of many potential ways to write the name Shin'ichi. You have to know which characters a particular individual uses to write his/her name before the meaning can be determined.
I'm not seeing Michio in the other link. It's a page titled "Suzuki corporation" and goes on to say that wikipedia doesn't yet have an entry for this name.

Well Michio Suzuki (the founder of Suzuki Corporation) and Shin'ichi Suzuki (the creator of the Suzuki music/education method) are the guys whose names I wanted to find their etymology of... The English Wikipedia has no article for Michio Suzuki and no data on what is the way he spells it in Japanese... The article on Suzuki Corporation names him but it gives his name transliterated and since I do not read or speak Japanese I cannot investigate the spelling Michio Suzuki used (if English Wikipedia doesn't gives the Japanese spelling of the name I doubt any other English or Spanish webpage will)
