Popular Names in Uzbekistan
I was recently assigned w/ a project about the country Uzbekistan, and part of it I want to be about common names there. Does anybody have any names or links that might help me?Thanks in advance!

I have to point out that...despite everybody's ravings about the onomastikon, I have found it to be completely unreliable.
In the Bulgarian portion of the names there are male names listed as female, and vice versa. There are names that are absolutely not Bulgarian. And about 40% of the last names are actually first names. In short, based on what I can verify, the site is a complete mishmash.

Dilshod - I'm not sure if this the most popular, but it's the common Uzbek name I've seen on Uzbeks...
Rustam
TimurDilshod might be considered the only purely Uzbek name, but the other two I've seen on other nationalities.

I didn't check Google for the sole reason that on the Internet, anyone can post anything they want, and it's difficult to tell what's correct and what's not. On BtN, people know what they're talking about.
