Is it possible that Sina is a variant of Signe?
First of all, like CN said, not at all common here in Sweden.
From my genealogy (it was a somewhat more common name some centuries ago), I've gathered that it was often a short form of Eufrosina, ie Euphrosyne.

I disagree. Sina is certainly not common in Sweden. There is only 78 women named Sina in Sweden (and 227 men).
