Hi Andrew,

Karrianne reminds me of Karianne which is a Norwegian and Danish combination of Kari and Anne.

So I'd guess Karrianne is a combination of Karri (Carrie) and Anne,

I'd venture it was modern a combo of Karri (a variant spelling of Carrie or possibly Carey, probably) and Anne. Click on the hyperlinks for more info.

I would assume it would be a combination name of Karri (see Karrie) & Anne.
