How is Ismene pronounced?

It does not say in the BtN entry of Ismene, nobody has made any comments about the pronounciation either.

I would like to know both the Greek pronounciation and the English one, if they differ.

I would pronounce it as "Is-MEH-neh" just looking at it.

I know now how Ismene is pronounced in English, even though I'm not quite sure that it is pronounced the same in Greek.

My friend has a Greek penpal whose name she pronounces "izz-MEE-nee". I've never seen it written down, but I imagine that's Ismene.

The "ee" sound makes sense, when you think of Chloe, Phoebe, Zoe, Daphne ...

I've always pronounced my name Iz-MAY-knee
