This is the name of a good friend of mine. She is Thai. This name means 'small' in Thai. She was a very small baby. Again, her name is pronounced Tooch, not touch.

Hmmm, I think the meaning is sweet, but because of the spelling I don't really like it - she's going to put up with so many people mispronouncing her name.
