I agree with Sarahjeanne, it really is very cool of you to take the trouble to try to find out how to pronounce an employee's name. I give you major props for that. :)
Sorry, I can't be of any help. Just a suggestion, though. Perhaps you can sort of bring up the subject of Sinuard's name with her by telling her how interesting it sounds, and asking her if she happens to know the meaning of her name? I'm sure she'll appreciate your taking an interest in her culture (assuming that this is an ethnic name, of course) and you'll probably find out from her right then how to pronounce the name. :)
I know stuff like that can sometimes be awkward, but eh! I'd give it a try, anyway. :)
