I have a cousin named this who was named after her aunt and I went to school with a girl named this. I've not been able to find anything on the name, its origin or meaning. I do know it was the name of a wife of Amenhotep.

Possibilities:
1. Wikipedia doesn't give any indication that Telika, wife of Amenhotep actually existed but he did have two wives whose names I can't find, so who knows?
2. The Telika Mandir is a 9th century temple in India devoted to Vishnu. The name is apparently a variation of its original name, Telangana Mandir. Telangana is a region of India where the official language is Telugu. I don't know if that's also the word used in India to refer to someone from that area, but if it was the change in the name of the temple would make sense.
3. Telika (Tελικα) is a Greek word that means "ultimately" or "finally".
