It should be KAH-tree-ah if Gaelic. But this name has been brought up before, and it's undecided as to whether it's actually a Gaelic name or not :-)

Well the Gaelic name Caitriona is pronounced either like Katrina or like kat-tree-oo-nuh or kate-tree-oo-na. When I saw Caitra I wanted to pronounce it kate-traw but you could also pronounce it kat-tra. I hope this helps! :)
