i named my daughter Allisa like Alyssa Milano, does anyone know the background or if this even how u can spell amd if it says Allisa or is it pronounced Al-lisa.

Allisa is a variant of Alisa. Click on the Alisa hyperlink for more information. I would think that Allisa would be pronounced a-LEE-sa, unlike Alyssa which is a-LISS-a.
