Well, one the one hand, as you said already, it is no problem at all to find quite a number of examples of actual people with these names, e.g. by using Google. On the other hand, a search for these names in the Mormon Church records did not turn up any "old" examples of these names, e.g. from 1800 or so, rising the probability that indeed these names are young.

Would you say there "is" no female form, just people with newly made-up names, if none of these people is older than 40? Older than 50? What would you do with 1 example of somebody with this name in 1850? Would this change your view? If not, would 2 Examples? 10?I do not want to criticize you, of course you are free to apply any criteria that you like. I just want to point out that your question seems extremely difficult to answer to me.
