Can anyone tell me the official pronounciation of the feminine German name Kunigunde?Thanks in advance!

I think this is "koo-nih-GOON-deh", with the "oo" sound representing that found in the word "book" more closely than that found in the word "goon". But a native German speaker may be able to correct that! :)

I am not sure about the "book"/"goon" part - is this a slightly different sound and not only a difference in length? - but as a native (Swiss) German speaker (and proud holder holder of the kunigunde.ch domain :) I can confirm this pronounciation.
