I know I already posted this, but it's kind of important and I'd like a sure answer. How do you pronounce Jairus? I've been using JAI-russ, but I want to be certain.

As long as it's Greek form, I'd pronounce it Djai-Roos ("ai" like in by, and "oo" like in mood).

In Greek, I found Iaeros (Secundum Marcum 22).
In Latin (Vulgata), I found Iairus.
Both should have similar prononciation, the stress on "a".
