In Australia, has Lachlan's pronunciation been changed to Lock-lan instead of Lokh-lan? I'm just wondering ... the pronunciation seems overly Scottish for a name so popular abroad :-)

Yes, I think you'd find it is usually said LOK-lan not LOKH-lan, although sometimes it's somewhere in between. Lachy and Lochy are popular nicknames, pronounced Locky.
