A form of René or Reynard?
in reply to a message by Renny
Renny *sounds* like a nn, like Kenny for Kenneth, Denny for Denis and Ronny for Ronald. And the first names I think of are René (reborn) and Reynard (fox?), but I'm only guessing.

Or Renée or Renata for a girl
Sorry, I just assumed you're male b/c Kenny, Denny and Ronny sound male to me. But there are also female Jenny, Penny etc.
