My new husband and I just bought our home. 10 acres, a new house.a beautiful view, in Oregon. Second marriage for both of us, we want a name meaning second chance or new begining. We have tried since March and just can't find one. Help please!

In Latin, the word 'secundus' (or secunda, or secundum!) means 'second', in fact it's the same word. But, the ancient Romans also used it to mean 'favourable'. That could be perfect for you!
May I suggest Domus Secunda? Or, since it's out in the country, Villa Secunda?

It appears that Xavier means "the new house". Would that be appropriate? I think it'd be a nice name for a house, heh.

I'm not finding anything with "beginning" or "chance", so I'm going with the house theme right now. If you're religious, Bethel might be a nice choice. Solveig could represent the strength of your new relationship and the house's importance.
As far as "new" goes, Dagny means "new day", which you could interpret symbolically. Naveen, Neo, and Nova all mean "new".
