Funny, I was just going to write and ask if anyone knew the origins of these names:
Annaera (AH-nie-a-ra)
Ennejil (EN-ay-sheel)
Ghena (GE-na)
Jasyi (SHA-syee)
Nuoyasij (NOO-ya-seesh)
Ynne (IN-a)
Yjel (ISH-ayl)
Attona (A-ta-na)
Anal (AN-al)
Fananyesi (FAN-an-a-ya-see)
Are they all Adui? And what is Adui? Where is it used?

Yes, they are all Adui (A-dwee). Adui is the languag of a people group that has pretty nearly ceased to be. It, in its prime, was used in northern Scotland long before settlers of common knowledge founded it. There are still about a hundred or so people alive today that are part of this ancient culture. I should not have known about it except that I am one of those remaining few. The Adui people are quiet and have adapted pretty well to modern cultures only practicing their own ways in private. That is why I believe they are not well known. If you are interested in learning more about them, I would be happy to send you information in greater detail. Has this helped?
i would love to learn more. i find other cultures, especially ancient one fascinating
If you do want to know more, I have a similar post going on in the Lounge. I think you will find that it has much more information.
where is the lounge?
Go to the button that says 'Boards', and you'll see it. You will have to scroll down a bit to find my post.
Yeah, thanks. It helped. But I would like to know more about them. Where did you find those names?
They are names that have been passed down through my family (and a few other families) for many years. I don't that I'd be able to find them anywhere. Do you like them?

Well, I am very glad that you approve of my language's names. Thank you.
May I ask what your language is?
It is adui--the people were given the name after the name of the language. Originally the Adui people were called Erlekue (ARY-le-kwe).
