An interesting name that a friend of mine has is Dhyango which i think is really unique and it does ends in -ango

All I can think of is DJANGO like Django Reinhardt the famous jazz guitarist. But I have no idea what his name means or where it comes from. Sorry! ;—(

I believe I heard somewhere that Django is a pet form of John, but I'm not sure of that.
