how popular are Dylan and Colin?

Hi, it's been a while since I've visited here. I'm wondering about the popularity of the names Dylan and Colin. I know I can check the stats, but in the past, I've found the "word out on the street" to be more accurate.

I've never met anyone under the age of fifty named Colin. I've only ever known two, one is 50 ish, the other a bit older.
I do know a few Dylans, but they are all young- this is definitely a name that has got popular recently.

They're too popular for me, particularly Dylan, which I detest.

I suggest you mosey along down to the Opinions board, since this would fit more there.
